You will be responsible for coordinating the clinical care of patients in the breast program; working closely with physicians, imaging staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote a coordinated approach to care. Additional responsibilities you will be assigned: participate in program development, quality initiatives, budget preparation, and other activities affecting the overall operations of the breast program. Position: Nurse Navigator
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week - 8 hour day shift Monday through Friday. No Weekend or Holiday requirements!

Experience:
1. Three (3) years experience in Cardiology.
2. One (1) year of CT Surgery nursing experience preferred. Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
3. Strong and effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. Self starter, enthusiastic, able to motivate others.
4. Strong interpersonal skills; able to professionally interact with all internal and external customers.
5. Strong service excellence commitment. Excellent patient care skills. Patient and family education experience.

Education:
1. Bachelor's Degree in nursing required.
2. Master's Degree in nursing preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
