Job Description
We are actively collaborating with our esteemed pharmaceutical client to seek a Digital Learning Consultant who will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the sales learning teams. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting exceptional learning experiences, utilizing your expertise in technology and design to enhance performance and drive business outcomes aligned with patient needs. Your responsibilities will encompass designing intuitive learner experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts and team members to create user-centric solutions, and optimizing technology utilization through partnerships with external vendors.
This project entails enabling digital learning system strategies in alignment with leadership priorities, serving as a product owner for various learning technologies, and leveraging insights to advise on governance and process improvements. Essential to this role is the adept use of current learning technology tools such as Cornerstone OnDemand and Axonify, with a readiness to adapt to the evolving modern learning ecosystem, including platforms like Xyleme and EdCast.
Start Date: Early June; interview process to begin in early May
Duration: Through 2024, with the possibility to extend
Hours: 40 hours per week; 8am - 5pm ET
Location: Hybrid; onsite 2 days per week in Titusville, NJ
Experience Required:
The pay range for this is $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Experience Required:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Learning and Development, Technology, UI/UX, Business, or Marketing.
- 7+ years of experience within large companies, preferably in sales training/enablement or agency roles supporting such companies, with a strong preference for experience in Life Sciences or other regulated industries
- Proficiency in L&D processes and platforms, including LMS, LXP, CMS, and gaming platforms, or related technology administration experience (Cornerstone, EdCast, Xyleme, and Axonify)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with analytical prowess and proficiency in Excel or other Learning Analytics platforms
- Strong appreciation and understanding of learning data and how it impacts the design and implementation of learning solutions (permissions, content deployment, security, metrics, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience managing SaaS learning platforms as a business product owner, including vendor management, partnering with IT resources, developing system training, and maintaining a well-organized technology environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Should be comfortable working within an ambiguous and complex environment while demonstrating resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple streams of work with multiple clients simultaneously and successfully
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with general competency in Office 365 and SharePoint
- A background check is required for the selected consultant.
