Role Summary

Come be a part of leading Church & Dwight's digital transformation and digital growth!

We are a high growth company with 7 power brands like Arm & Hammer, Vitafusion, Batiste, Therabreath, Waterpik, Hero & Oxiclean, and many more. About 20% of our total revenue today comes from e-commerce and we are looking for a nimble, curious, growth mindset leader that can help us outpace our brand's growth across multiple categories in which we compete, with major retailers.

You will partner closely with our marketing and sales teams, digital and media agencies, and strategic third-party vendors to measure, optimize and scale growth from retail media and digital shelf excellence. You are a high performing, strategic thinker with the ability to roll up your sleeves and dive deep for execution excellence. You are someone with a growth mindset and one who truly thrives in an agile and fast-paced work environment with autonomy to drive outcomes. You will coach and develop 2 direct reports, and their extended teams.

Here are some of the core job responsibilities and skills that we are looking for:

* You have SME knowledge and passion for retail media and the digital shelf and have demonstrated experience in leading ideas, collaborating and executing with key agencies

* You are a thought leader that will inspire brands, sales teams, and leadership on how to think beyond ROAS and optimize our campaigns to the right KPIs to drive long term growth

* You are a people manager and have experience building a team culture of collaboration and innovation

* You are on top of all the latest platform trends and technologies across major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart etc.) as well as emerging platforms

* You will lead the digital shelf content, PIM, and measurement team to digitally disrupt the status quo on shelf, unlock speed and agility in the content end to end process, and define the measurement approach to the digital shelf.

* Develop retail search strategies to support product awareness, brand/category priorities and complement retailer-specific promotional strategies.

* You will partner with analytics leads and finance, to report, optimize, and manage ROI of investment

* You will act as an internal specialist for the organization to help build up organizational competences, but also to help keep a pulse on trending topics/keywords to connect with shoppers and unveil potential opportunities

* You will maintain agency partnerships and third-party vendor relationships, assessing performance, optimize ways of working, driving collaboration, and bringing to bear the

capabilities as an extension of the CHD team. You will assess and onboard new vendor & capabilities as needed.

* You will manage and optimize the retail media and digital shelf technology stack, keeping a pulse on the changing landscape, assessing capabilities and maturities, and delivering ROI

* You have a performance mindset driven approach and continually assess what's working, what's not working using data, analytics and storytelling to constantly optimize our approach to retail media and the digital shelf so we are maximizing every platform and touchpoint

* You enjoy defining the metrics, delivering growth and then restating the metrics in pursuit of new growth

* You have a bias for action and always strive to test and learn new A/B scenarios

* You are passionate about constantly improving process and reporting to ensure the organization is using resources (internal and external) to their full potential

Education and Experience || Skills and Competencies.

* BS / BA Marketing or Business Administration

* Minimum of 6+ years of experience in retail media, paid search, digital shelf, analytics and insights

* Exceptional project management experience with experience in managing multiple agency and 3rd party relationships

* Experience with campaign management platforms or other similar products

* You liaise well external parties, consulting firms, other CPG, industry leaders and digitally native companies - to keep an eye on 'what good looks like' across the sector

* Highly curious on all things digital marketing, eCommerce and consumer experience. We seek energy, enthusiasm, willingness and ability to raise the bar

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
