Job Overview: The Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible for the applications and analytics ecosystem, including related strategies, architectures, and operations elements, as assigned. The incumbent ensures the solutions required to support the mission, goals, and operational needs of FXI are provided in a timely, accurate, creative, and cost-effective manner.
The Manager is accountable for continuously enhancing the usability and efficacy of FXI's analytics platform in alignment with the business strategy. Additionally, helps shape business demand by partnering with internal resources to create business cases and plans and ensuring value optimization and communication across teams. In carrying out the functions and responsibilities of the position, s/he is responsible for the total application life-cycle and the processes, policies, and procedures related to the same. The individual will manage the efforts of a staff software developers and analysts.
Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making and communication skills are necessary to perform the functions as described. Incumbent must be adept at devising and delivering solution improvements, persuading, and influencing to effect change. Strong business acumen with a sense of shareholder responsibility are essential.
