In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the identification and development of new commercial opportunities- mainly focused on PET and Theranostics - while growing our university hospital network relationships. Leveraging your expertise in market analysis and strategic planning, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to capitalize on emerging trends and forge valuable partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Commercial Product Opportunities: Research and identify new opportunities for diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals to be produced, dispensed and distributed by Jubilant's radiopharmacies and PMFs

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Utilize market research to understand the competitive landscape and develop strategic plans for business growth.

  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to gather customer feedback, identify market trends, and inform product development and marketing strategies.

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain a network of industry partners for co-development and strategic supply partnerships.

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform financial analysis, including cost, profitability, and opportunity analysis, and prepare comprehensive presentations for business leaders and board meetings.

Qualifications

  • Scientific Background: A Bachelor's Degree in a science field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being desirable. Your background in science will provide you with the foundation needed to understand the complexities of radiopharmaceutical development and commercialization.

  • Industry Experience: You should have at least 5 years of experience in the Radiopharma Nuclear medicine industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry landscape and key players.

  • Business Acumen: Broad knowledge of the Medical Industry in Business Development and/or Sales and Marketing is essential. Experience with sales budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to drive results and achieve targets.

  • Effective Communication: Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills are a must. You should be experienced at developing and delivering highly effective presentations, as well as maintaining above-average communication skills in both written and oral formats.

  • Organizational Skills: With a results-driven orientation and superior client management skills, you should be highly organized with effective time management skills. Your ability to follow up and follow through will be crucial in driving deals to successful completion.
