We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Supervisor to support our Supply Chain Department.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Responsible for warehouse setup and layout and for ensuring efficient space utilization
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping regulatory requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Manage inventory in alignment with annual budget
• Liaise with company's national network of Radiopharmacies, as well as suppliers and transport companies
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, slow moving report, etc.)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Work with field employees and suppliers to rectify outstanding invoices
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of past work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or manager
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices of at least 2 years.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business, supply chain management, logistics or related field of study.
• Must be able to successfully pass company's background check and pre-employment drug test;
• Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license also required;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Customer focused; team oriented;
