Facilities Worker 2

Meets all Facilities Worker 1 requirements, has Electrical background and:

Has an official/recognized Electrical education/training including low and high voltage.

Has a good understanding of all PCI Facilities Equipment including HVAC, Air Compressors, ASRS, and Warehouse.

Has a good understanding of Honeywell Station modules: HVAC, Utilities, Security, and Fire.

Has a good knowledge of Facilities Power distribution system.

Has a good knowledge of control systems.

Has a good knowledge of all PCI Facilities Equipment including HVAC, Air Compressors, ASRS, and Warehouse.

Has a good knowledge of Honeywell Station modules: HVAC, Utilities, Security, and Fire.

Able to retrieve main data.

Able to electrically troubleshoot all Facilities Equipment/Systems to the major component level with support of equipment owners. Able to perform electrical repairs of all Facilities Equipment (with support of Facilities Worker 3 or Vendors for more complicated repairs). Performs all electrical Preventive Maintenance work (with Facilities Worker 3 or Vendors for more complicated PM's). Able to train and support Facilities Worker 1. Provides adequate savings by executing repairs and preventive maintenance work normally performed by vendors (approximately 1 x annual salary).
